1. How to Make a Complaint

Please include your full name, contact information, order or reference number (if applicable), and a clear description of your complaint. This must be within 7 days of the order being delivered.

We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days of receipt.
3. Investigation
Our customer care team will investigate your complaint thoroughly. In some cases, we may contact you for further details or request product return for inspection.
4. Resolution
We aim to resolve all complaints within 10 business days. If more time is needed, we will keep you updated on the progress and expected resolution date.
5. Outcome
You will receive a formal response outlining our findings, any proposed resolution, and your rights if you remain dissatisfied. This would be in the form of a partial refund, refund and replacement item.

6-Month Warranty
All watches purchased from Motion Watches Uk Ltd come with a 6-month warranty covering movement-related faults under normal use. This is if the item is not covered by any outstanding manufacturer’s warranty.
What the warranty covers:
- Mechanical or movement defects
- Issues present at the time of delivery
What it does not cover:
- Accidental damage or misuse
- Wear and tear (e.g., strap, clasp, or crystal scratches)
- Water damage if the watch is not water-resistant
To make a warranty claim, please provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue. If your item qualifies, we will repair or replace it at no cost.
