These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from Motion watches Uk Ltd. By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability. We make every effort to display accurate descriptions and images, but slight variations may occur.
2. Pricing
Prices are listed in GBP (Great British Pounds) and include applicable taxes within the uk, unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time prior to order confirmation. We are a Vat margin scheme company selling pre-owned items, no Vat can be deducted.
3. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via text/email. Acceptance of your order and the formation of a contract occurs when the item is paid for and dispatched.
4. Payment
We accept secure payments via these accepted methods: credit/debit cards (in person via Chip and pin), Bank Transfer or cash (up to £8,000 with ID). All payments must be made in full before dispatch.
5. Shipping
We offer insured and tracked shipping. Delivery times vary by location. Delays caused by customs or courier services are beyond our control.
6. Returns & Refunds
Items may be returned within 7-14 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and include all packaging and documentation. Custom or engraved items are non-refundable.
7. Warranty
All watches come with a 6-month warranty covering movement/mechanical defects. This does not include accidental damage, wear and tear, or water damage unless otherwise specified. Please see our warranty procedure.
8. Authenticity
We guarantee the authenticity of every watch we sell. Certificates and documentation are included where applicable.
9. Limitation of Liability
Motion Watches Uk Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or services.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of that jurisdiction.
